- To Topup any BSNL Mobile Number.
- To load STV, Plan / Migration Voucher.
- To get Payment receipt to your contact details mentioned in profile.

Landline Bill Payment |

- Tap on Pay Bills Icon in Tab bar / Menu bar.
- Tap "New" to proceed, Tap "Select Type" and select Landline.
- Enter STD Code and Landline number,the tap "Done".
- The billing details will be displayed on the screen.
- Tap on "Pay Now" for Payment.
- Select the desired payment option i.e., Credit/Debit/Cash cards/Net banking/Pay through IMPS.
- Complete the Payment in the Bank’s website.
- A receipt for successful payment will be displayed on screen and a confirmation issued through SMS.
- A receipt in PDF format also will be sent through email.

GSM Bill Payment |

- Tap on Pay Bills Icon in Tab bar / Menu bar.
- Tap “New” to proceed, Tap "Select Type" and select Landline.
- Enter Postpaid GSM number,the tap “Next”.
- Enter OTP, received on your registered mobile, Tap on "Done".
- The billing details will be displayed on the screen.
- Tap on "Pay Now" for Payment.
- Select the desired payment option i.e., Credit/Debit/Cash cards/Net banking/Pay through IMPS.
- Complete the Payment in the Bank’s website.
- A receipt for successful payment will be displayed on screen and a confirmation issued through SMS.
- A receipt in PDF format also will be sent through email.

CDMA/Wi-Max Bill Payment |
Provide the Service number and account number and follow the steps as mentioned above... |
Recharge |
 |
- Tap on "Recharge" Icon in Tab bar / Menu bar.
- Enter the 10 digit BSNL Prepaid mobile number / Select from the contacts, then tap “Next”
- Tap on “TOPUP” and then on General TopUP / Flexi TopUp.
- Tap on required denomination in case of GENERAL TOPUP or enter the required amount (Minimum of Rs.50 and Maximum of Rs.5000 in multiples of Rs.10) in case of FLEXI TOPUP, then tap on “ Done”
- Select the desired payment option i.e., Credit/Debit/Cash cards/Net banking/Pay through IMPS.
- Complete the Payment in the Bank’s website.
- A receipt for successful payment will be displayed on screen and a confirmation issued through SMS.
- A receipt in PDF format also will be sent through email.
- Follow the steps as mentioned above for STV's and PLAN Vouchers.

Accounts |

- Tap on "Accounts" icon on Tab bar / Menu bar
- Tap on “+” to Add an account related to Landline / GSM/CDMA/Wi-Max.
- Enter the required details like GSM Number, Account Number, Short Name,etc. Then Tap on “Save”.
- Also the App remembers all the successful transactions, hence no need to enter the details subsequently.

- Tap on "Unbilled Usage" icon on App bar
- Check the unbilled usage for broadband/Landline/Mobile
- Check the current used plan for Landline/Broadband

Reserve a Fancy/General Number |
 |
- Tap on "Fancy Numbers" icon on App bar
- Input Circle and get the list of Fancy or General number
- List can be filter based on Circle, number and sum of digits of the numberCircle
- Reserve the number of your choice and get it activated by filling Form and submitting it with documents to nearest CSC
